Poster for the Antique Circus (contemporary circus based in Moscow) performance Petrushka, which is based on famous Russian ballet Petrushka (Igor Stravinsky – music, Michel Fokine – choreography, Alexandre Benois – set design and costumes, Vaslav Nijinsky – the dancer). The action of this circus performance was carried from Russian folk holiday Maslenitsa (as in the original ballet) to American Luna Park of 1960. The set design and costumes were created in American pop-art style. So I created a poster for this event which let us feel the spirit of the age 1960 and the spirit of circus and burlesque. ​​​​​​​
